Chenmko Announces the Start of Mass-Production of its Latest Low Vf Schottky Offerings

TAIPEI, Taiwan, Sep. 9, 2004 ?V Chenmko Technologies today announced it has started mass-production activities of its latest Low Vf Schottky devices.  Developed in partnership with Intellect Semiconductor Inc. (ISI), a U.S.-based design firm, these devices, with Vf ratings ranging from 0.27V to 0.40V (depending on package type), are available in current ratings of from 1A to 3A, and reverse voltages ranging from 15V to 40V.  The devices are mostly available in SOD-123 and SMA packages.  It should be noted that  besides Chenmko, very few manufacturers in the world currently offer 3A/40V and 1A/40V  Low Vf Schottky devices in SMA and SOD-123 packages, respectively.  Chenmko has also announced that devices such as the SBL520 (5A/20V) Low Vf Schottky will be available in SMA package as well.  What??s more, all of these devices have been rated to withstand ESD of more than 20KV (HBM).  With Chenmko??s announcement that it is now ready to provide such products, it has taken another step forward towards its goal of providing a truly complete one-stop-shop service for all of its customers?? ever-advancing needs.
